Localization projects and initiatives
The content of this section is based on the list of localization initiatives published in the Czech translation of the book Local is Our Future. Here is a general list of projects and initiatives that connect local people in the Czech Republic and Slovakia and help them live with everything wherever they live. The aim of this originally book appendix is to name the individual activities and ideally add examples for inspiration for each. We would like this list to help better connect and contribute to the further dissemination of similar projects in our part of the world.
In the publisher's preface, we mention the phenomenon of the "Angel of the Place". We want to remind him here as a key element of how much a given project or initiative connects people and helps them live where they would normally only live.
